Design with Love

In the Monterey Park project, I seamlessly integrated a modest 26’x20’ addition into the existing living room. Utilizing scaled physical models, I introduced design elements such as a bay window, fireplace, and balcony, as depicted in the attached two model versions.

My design philosophy maintains that, irrespective of budget constraints, the complexity and layering of spatial design remain consistent. While budget variations influence material selection and structural considerations, the intrinsic quality and depth of the space are preserved.
