Duarte is a midsize community design project where unit count was the client’s top priority.

In the initial phase, Weijun presented three schemes, delivering 22 units—25% more than the client’s expectation.

Later, by consolidating two driveways into one, she doubled the garden space and added an additional unit, bringing the total to 23 units. This strategic adjustment significantly enhanced the original design.
